Harry Potter 20th Anniversary Platform 9 3/4 trolley tour coming to Cardiff

The iconic trolley will be touring UK train stations this October to celebrate the 20th Anniversary of Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone film.

The trolley made famous from the scene where Harry Potter makes his first trip on Platform 9 3/4 is usually located in London’s King’s Cross station. Harry runs through the magic brick wall to access the platform and catch the Hogwarts Express train.

The trolley will be in Cardiff train station foyer between October 26th- October 28th 2021 On the first day fans can see the reveal of the trolley and are invited to attend in their best Harry Potter costumes to capture pictures.

The tour will also visit train stations in Edinburgh and Birmingham.

Stuart Kirkwood, Group Property Director from Network Rail says: “ We’re extremely pleased to add this touch of magic to these stations.”
